PartnerFusion Workshops

About the workshop

PartnerFusion workshops are hosted in New York City.

In our signature PartnerFusion curriculum students will learn fundamental partner skills in a variety of different dance traditions, including Pas De Deux, Contact Improvisation, Waltz, Salsa, and Lindy Hop.

These workshops also includes modules on injury prevention, anatomy and partner dance cross-training, boundary and consent-based practices for partner dance and dance physics.

At the end of each course, students will leave better prepared to communicate their needs when they are asked for input in designing lifts, moments of weight sharing, and partnered sequences.

PartnerFusion workshops give students the space to safely practice the fundamental skills that are necessary in order to approach more difficult work.
